Band camp has begun!
It was a very busy 1st day of Camp.
Please don't forget your Band Camp fees and your physical if you haven't given an updated one to Ms. Parrin or Mrs. Barrette.

Don't forget Learn to March for all new members of the Marching Black Knights! This will be held behind .the Stoughton High School in the parking lot near the tower!
We will be meeting up on August 12, 2022 at 5;30 PM. Bring plenty of water!
You will learn the steps needed to march and will meet the Drum Majors and Team Leaders. Also a great time to meet other members

Please see the attached newsletter with some important initial information about our upcoming 2022 season. This newsletter will also be posted to www.stoughtonfinearts.org and the Marching Band Google Classroom later on for your convenience.
Also attached is a flyer for ordering your very own Marching Black Knights 24oz aluminum water bottle!! At Band Camp this year we will be greatly reducing our consumption of donated cases of bottled water (our new high school now has state-of-the-art water bottle filling stations, and we want to do our part to reduce our program’s plastic use!). The deadline to pre-order your water bottle is Wednesday, July 20th – order yours today!!

Ms. Sarah LaBrie will be performing on tour in Spain this summer! The Labyrinth Choir will be performing at St. Oscar Romero Parish, 700 Washington Street Canton, MA on Saturday June 18, 2022 at 7:30PM.

On Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 5:30 - 7:30 PM in the SHS Band Room!
Meet members of the 2022 SHSMB and try out some of the music for our 2022 show!
The Annual SHS Music Banquet will be held on Wednesday June 16, 2022 at 7:00 PM in the SHS Cafe` and Auditorium.
All Stoughton High School music students and their families are invited to attend. Students will receive Superlatives, scholarships, and Senior Music Plaques will be awarded to attending seniors
The evening will conclude with the years Music Department video created by the Seniors!
7th and 8th grade students who participated in the High School ensembles (Marching Band) are also welcome to attend.
Seats must be reserved by Friday June 3rd
Cost is $5.00 per person for underclassmen and their families.
The banquet is free for Seniors and their families!
POPS is catering the the main dish and we ask students to bring dessert (store bought is fine) and bottled water.
Please don't forget to make your reservation by Friday, June 3, 2022!
