The Stoughton High School Fine Arts Program is having a Solo and Ensemble Concert on Friday April 14, 2023 in the Stoughton High School Black Box at 7PM.
This was open to. any Stoughton Music Student interested in performing repertoire in a smaller chamber music setting.
The students will be performing a piece they learned for and audition, assigned by their private music teacher, a composition composed by themselves or a piece they have learned in a chamber choir.
​Some students will play a solo and may be accompanied by a pianist.

Students: Please make every attempt to connect with your supporter to let them know of the following delay!

THERE WILL BE A DELAY IN DONUT DELIVERY DUE TO THE UNAVAILABLE TIMING WITH KRISPY KREME.

The donuts will NOT BE ARRIVING in Stoughton until Thursday May 18, 2023.
Pick up will be behind the High School from 4:00PM to 6:00 PM on May 18.

Free Summer Music Lessons at Stoughton High School 2023 for Stoughton Public School Students

Stoughon will be having Free Summer Music Lessons

Basic info from the registration form:Is your incoming 6th-12th Grade child interested in taking instrumental music lessons this summer?
Is your incoming 7th-12th Grade child interested in taking vocal music lessons this summer?
Stoughton Public Schools is pleased to offer this free program to students interested in developing their skills as a singer or on a band instrument! Lessons will be taught by professional musicians and music educators with specific expertise in each instrument (or voice) in order to ensure that our students receive the highest quality of instruction.
Lessons will take place at Stoughton High School from July 10th - to August 3rd, 2023 on select days of the week. Each registered student will be assigned one day of the week on which to attend their lesson. The daily timeframes for these lessons are as follows:
  • Vocal Lessons for 7th-12th Grade Students: 9:30am - 2:00pm in 30-minute scheduled blocks
  • Instrumental Lessons for 6th-9th Grade Students: 9:30am - 11:30 am for 1-hour small group lessons
  • Instrumental Lessons for 10th-12th Grade Students: 12:00pm - 2:00pm in individual 30-minute scheduled blocks
Note: Students will have lessons only one day a week. Spaces in this program are limited and will be filled only on a first-come, first-serve basis.
We anticipate having a lesson schedule to release by early June. Days of the week scheduled for instructors on each instrument will be based on instructor and student availability.

Please join the Stoughton High School Art students as they are inducted into the National Art Honor Society on Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 6:00 PM at the Stoughton High School. Auditorium, 232 Pearl Street. Art Specialist Kelliann Jarisitis has arranged this special night.

The NAHS strives to aid members in attaining the highest standards in art scholarship, character, and service, and to bring art education to the attention of the school and community.
