We are pleased to announce that all 5th Grade Students in Stoughton will be attending a Boston Symphony Orchestra Youth Concert at Symphony Hall in Boston on March 27, 2019 at 10 AM.
"Geared toward students in grades 4-6, these concerts act as an introduction to the full orchestra experience, encouraging long-term ownership of orchestral music and the BSO, and delivering positive character development messages through each performance led by Youth Concerts Conductor Thomas Wilkins." This was funded in full by grants from the Stoughton Cultural Council, Stoughton POPS, Arbella Insurance, the Beaverkill Foundation, the elementary school PTO's, PTA and a generous parent donation. Thank you for giving our 5th Grade students this learning experience. Come and enjoy as the OMS Drama Club present Seussical the Musical Jr.
The performances will be held at the O'Donnell Middle School Cafetorium, 211 Cushing Street on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at 7:00 PM, Friday, March 22, 2019 at 7:00 PM and Saturday afternoon, March 23, 2019 at 2:00 PM. The play will be directed by Ms. Betty Bauman The students have been rehearsing for many hours and would love for you to come and watch them perform. Tickets will be available at the door: $10 adults/ $5 students and seniors. Stoughton Drama Department is proud to present Roald Dahl's James and the Giant Peach. The performances are on Friday, March 15th at 7:00 PM; Saturday March 16th at 7:00 PM and Sunday afternoon, March 17th at 2:00 PM. The performances will be at the Stoughton High School Auditorium, 232 Pearl Street, Stoughton, MA. and directed by Ms. Sarah Labrie Admission at the door will be $10 for Adults and $5 for SHS students/Faculty/Children, and Seniors. Stoughton High School will be hosting eight local high school jazz ensembles for the Massachusetts Association of Jazz Education's Southeastern Senior Jazz Festival on Thursday, March 7, 2019 in the SHS Auditorium. Audience admission is $8 per person, and $5 for children and seniors. There will be concessions available in the cafeteria. Please join us for an afternoon of outstanding jazz talent!

We will hold a bake sale at the concessions and Mrs. Fiske would love you to whip up your favorite Dessert and bring it to the cafeteria after school on Early Thursday.
She would also appreciate if you could sign up to help on March 7th. There is a sign up sheet on the bulletin board outside Room E204. Come and enjoy the talented students from Stoughton Schools. Students from the Elementary Schools, the O'Donnell Middle School and the Stoughton High School will be performing in the 6th annual Stoughton Talent Showcase Tonight: Friday, March 1, 2019 in the Stoughton High School Auditorium at 7:00 PM. Tickets are $5 at the door.
